Reflection: Captured

It was your typical Sunday afternoon and I was doing your typical Sunday afternoon things. When all of a sudden I got a spark of energy and creativity. I have been very interested lately in Photography. To be more specific the composition part of photography. For you already photo hobbiest you know what I mean. So I got off the couch grabbed my camera and went for a walk. Along my walk, I was very conscious of my photographic eye, every object whether man made or natural jumped out at me and I was able to Capture a different point of view. I was able to see the simple natural beauty in these objects and that was incredible!

In order to capture some of these images, my instinct and "recent reading" told me to use unconventional approaches to taking pictures. The photo above these yellow flowers were everywhere I looked. I took this picture because it reminded me of a life already lived ( example the flowers in bloom) and it also reminded me of birth a life just starting ( take note of the buds that have not yet bloomed).

I thought this was a Cherry Blossom and this was my main reason for taking this picture and my main motivation for getting off the couch this day. This was the image I wanted to capture. These trees also aligned the streets along my walk. There are many and all capture my attention every time I see them. In this pix I also got in close as recommended. I am glad I did because I am able to share so much more with you all than just a Cherry Blossom tree. Don't you agree?

Stay tuned.. I am taking another walk this weekend!
